Welcome to PMP/CAPM Training

PMP is the gold standard for project manager certifications. This course is designed for experienced project managers who want to increase their project management skills, apply a standards-based approach to project management, and apply for Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI®) Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification.

CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is an entry level project manager certification for individuals, who are looking for jobs in project management or to enhance their skills in project management.

This training meets the requirement for the 35 hours of project management education required by PMI before taking the PMP or CAPM exams.

The course will allow students to:
  • Take and Pass the PMP or CAPM
  • Understand the processes listed in the PMBOK v4
  • How to apply the process in the real world
