Welcome to PowerPoint Training

We are offering a one day PowerPoint class. This training will cover the basic to advance functions of Microsoft PowerPoint. You will learn how to create a presentation that is visually appealing to an audience, by adding graphical objects, color themes, charts, pictures, customize texts, and a verity of slide effects.

This is a great course for anyone looking to learn PowerPoint for the first time or for someone looking to learn more advance features in PowerPoint. Learning is fun with our small classes, fast computers and excellent instructors.

The Seminar will be held in Midtown Manhattan. The seminar will include training manual with step by step directions and a certificate at the end, showing you attended a class.

This course also prepares you for the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) exam from Microsoft.

Student will learn to:

  • Insert new slides in a presentation.

  • Insert text, pictures, clip art, tables and charts on a slide.

  • Work with smart arts to create process diagrams and organizations charts Using slide masters to updates multiple slides in a presentation.

  • Creating speaker notes and hand outs for the audience.

  • Work with transition and timing.

  • Use animations to create effects on slides.

  • Delivering a presentation by using annotations, presenter view and show options.

  • Difference between PowerPoint 2003 and 2007. Allowing you to work with both versions and applying course work to 2003.
